We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or when you contact us. This may include your name, phone number, email address, and postal address.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information collected via our website for a variety of business purposes, including to provide and manage our services, fulfil and manage your requests, and for other administrative purposes related to your pest control needs.
When you use the contact form on our website, we use your name, phone number, email address, town, the pest problem you select and your message only to reply to your enquiry, give you a price and arrange any treatment. We do not use these details for marketing and we do not sell them.
4. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfil business obligations.
Messages sent through the contact form pass through our website hosting provider and are sent by our business email provider to the email inbox we use to manage enquiries. These providers handle your details on our behalf and only to deliver and hold the message.
5. Website Analytics
We use two analytics services to understand how the website is used. Neither sets a cookie or stores anything on your device.
Vercel Web Analytics, from our website hosting provider, counts page views. It does not collect personal data. Each page view is recorded anonymously: the page, the website that linked to it, your browser and device type, and an approximate location. Visitors are counted using a code generated from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so you cannot be recognised from one day to the next or across other websites.
Google Analytics runs in Google's consent mode with analytics and advertising storage both set to denied, so it sets no cookies. Your browser still sends Google a basic record of each page viewed, and, as with any request to a website, that request includes your IP address and browser type.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
If you contact us and do not go on to use our services, we delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep your details and the record of the work for 6 years after the job is completed, because we need them for tax and accounting purposes.
Our website does not keep its own copy of what you send through the contact form. It exists only as the email in our enquiries inbox.
